If you haven’t picked up on it yet, this holiday season we’re all about beauty! Now that we’ve covered nails and hair, we’re moving on to makeup. As we typically do, we called in our resident makeup artist, Lydia Deljaj, to help us create a holiday makeup look. Follow along for an easy 4 step smokey bronze eye tutorial:
Step 1: Since Amity had just returned from Aruba, I wanted to take advantage of her bronze glow and create a warm sultry eye. Before I started on her eyes, I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour & Highlight Palette on her face. Then I used Urban Decay Primer Potion on the entire top eye lid and brow bone.
Step 2: The Anastasia Beverly Hills Tamanna Palette is currently my favorite (and most used) palette in my kit! For this smokey bronze look, I applied the Bengal shadow in Amity’s crease and Gilded on her lid and lower lash line. By applying shadow to the lower lash line, it creates that sultry smokey look.
Step 3: To keep building on the smokey eye, I used Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel #77 and smoked it out with the Noir shadow from the Tamanna Palette. This creates a smokey lash line.
Step 4: The last step is to apply lashes. I’m absolutely in love with Lilly Lashes right now! I used Venice on Amity for a very full glam look. These lashes are real human hair and the quality is so great that they can be worn multiple times.
I finished with a nude pink pout to bring all the attention to Amity’s eyes. This warm bronze look is great for the holidays and I love the glow it creates!
